From Caveman to Fix-It Alex
I'm starting a project to understand my life and improve it using artificial intelligence.
I call the starting point From Caveman to Fix-It Alex.
The cave is a metaphor. It represents living without a clear understanding of my own circumstances, capabilities, limitations, and opportunities.
Instead of immediately chasing a better future, I've decided to examine where I actually stand.
I started with my living environment. I looked at my home, its advantages, its physical problems, and the things I had previously overlooked.
Then I examined my daily surroundings and discovered something important about myself: spending time outdoors, in places where I feel free, makes a noticeable difference in how I function.
Now I'm examining my physical capabilities, using real experiences rather than assumptions.
I'm not presenting myself as somebody who already has everything figured out.
My ambition is to use AI to help me understand problems, identify practical solutions, and gradually build a better life. I also want to become a person who helps others do the same.
I'll document what I discover, what works, what doesn't, and what changes.
This is the beginning of Fix-It Alex.
