I'm starting to document something personal: how I use artificial intelligence to improve my actual life.
I'm not starting from a position of success.
Right now, I'm overwhelmed. I'm trying to become financially independent, develop business ideas, manage too many projects, and take care of myself.
I build websites and experiment with AI, but knowing how to use technology doesn't automatically mean knowing how to solve my own problems.
Today, I had a conversation with ChatGPT about my situation.
We started with something basic: Do I have enough food? Am I physically exhausted? What money do I actually have? Which problems need attention now, and which can wait?
It helped me begin separating real needs from the pressure I put on myself.
Nothing has magically changed. I haven't suddenly solved my financial problems or built a successful business.
But I've started examining my situation more clearly.
I'm going to document what happens next: the problems, the conversations with AI, the decisions, the actions I actually take, and the results.
Some things will work. Others probably won't.
I want to find out how useful AI can be in real everyday life.
This is my starting point.
